I wouldn’t call China political system ‘unique’. It’s repressive, it’s abominable. People locked in their homes, even what they order for food controlled by ‘committee’, CCP armbands proliferate. China tv filled with glorification of a suppressive govt and military, submit yourselves to the state and community. Public square in Beijing with a massive tv screen playing political propaganda. The state provides your doctors be grateful. Google blocking internet access. Netizens arrested as traitors. People hospitalized for political reasons. Citizens warned against losing connection to society, internet access cut, for complaining. Complete mind control. Big Brother CCP has matured with this virus, where citizens are tracked as to what store they went to, for how long, what they bought, where they went afterward, all tracked by phone on a mandatory to download app.

Yes from the little I read/heard about it, when the immune system ramps up high to kill it, a sometimes a cytokine storm can occur, creating mass inflammation. From there the organs are in trouble, mostly the lungs with this disease. Sounds lovely, doesn’t it? Ugh.
