I’m not sure but I think the Constitution concedes and delegates authority to state’s governors not Trump nor any president.
Since our state legislature granted him that power and then dived under their beds.
MSNBC already did that as I cut away from OANN to see if they were covering Trump. They cut away and said something like Trump not letting NY have vaccine because he hates Cuomo—not exact words, but it was not what Trump said by any stretch of the imagination. It’s like a bunch of immature high schoolers.

New York is a big state, and mostly red. I didn’t vote for it so kiss my ass.
Any decision to get the vaccine depends on two factors:
- how much risk does it reduce, and
- how much risk does it introduce.
- I’m old and have (very mild) COPD. I’ve gone this far without a vaccine, but I don’t want to be "the last one to die in a war.” And I want to get past worrying about the virus and just live normally while I can.
- “100% safe, nothing is.” But, expedited Development notwithstanding, I trust that it will be “safe.” And my life expectancy is such that a side effect that only becomes observable many years later might not affect me at all.
The calculus works quite differently if you’re a kindergarten child. Just about the opposite, in fact.

Idiot didn't realize the general public will receive the vaccines in April. Elderly and essential workers will receive the vaccine immediately.

Cuomo is the one who blocked known nearly free HCQ medicine that cured the virus and thousands and thousands died.
I saw that. He also slipped up. Saying there will be no shut down on his administration. Not sure about the next ummm.. Uh no telling what is going to happen but not under mine. Didn’t like hearing that slip. Was watching him to see if he looks confident about things.
