Sounds like the idiots writing headlines at FOX need a better understanding of what the word “Confirmed” means.

Potential declaration of a mistrial because one juror out of twelve acted inappropriately is not anywhere close to a not guilty verdict. If a mistrial is declared, he will be retried and convicted again.
