I speak pork. Let me translate. “We need more grant money because we don’t want real jobs.”

I am tired of the use of “record”. It always has a caveat of some cherry-picked start date. In this case it is 1973. Fifty years makes for a good hockey stick. One hundred years probably makes it look like a recovery toward normal.
