Actually, it's because I had all the ingredients and all the fixins, and we didn't need to go to the store... lol

Yes.. we have all kinds of Talapia..and Orange Roughy..which I hear is good too.. I still want to deep fry a whole grouper..like in Mex..

Way to go on escaping the grocer, and yep, you heard correctly about the roughy. Also try mahi-mahi, formerly known as dolphin fish but renamed so they would sell - it is outstanding also.
Don't forget your bottle of Allegro Hot&Spicey marinade.
Off to the grocer to find something to burn tonight.

Yes..people think it's the Dolphin Flipper..but it's a beautiful Blue and Yellow fish.. I used to catch them in Mex...
