Is this a North Korean train, or is it a stolen Chinese train?
or is it a Chinese train sent to pick up Ill, which after his return will become the property of North Korea?

I'd be curious to see inside his inner circle as his funding dries and countries shut down and impound his bank accounts.

I wouldn't want to be him as he tells his top military officials that they won't be paid...

Wouldn't it be a shame if a railroad bridge collapsed under the weight of that armored train?

Hey, China, you might want to think about that....

I doubt he's in the train. Too busy pooping his pants at the thought of us taking that train out. Which we should do. If it's a sure thing he's in it. Which it's not.

A military news website last week recorded that North Korea had been stealing China's trains.

Unable to feed itself under Kim's rule, North Korea has been receiving food aid rail-freighted from China, the website strategypage.com reported.

This aid has now been halted because Kim's regime will not return the trains on which the food comes in.

They just send back the drivers. It seems that as well as a shortage of food, North Korea also has a shortage of rolling stock.

The private train of North Korean leader Kim Jong-il. A yellow star decorates the front of the bullet and explosive-proof train, which is equipped with state-of-the-art communications equipment and has a bedroom, office, meeting room and dining room.

Re #10

He actually has two special trains. One of them serves as a decoy.

Was that taken in NKor? Those rails, ties and roadbed look in awful bad shape. Surprised the thing stays on the tracks.

I'll bet it's not airtight. A little CN gas would make life more enjoyable inside :-)

Kim needs medical treatment and the safest place (medically that is) is in China.

Apparently Kim is afraid of flying which is why he uses trains.

His last trip to China was secret. Nobody knew about it until he showed up in the newspapers in China (because the time before, somebody accidently left a truck full of dynamite next to the tracks.)
