Actually, you would be surprised at the number of people with ADD on FR, and they are some of the most intelligent, bright; and funny posters.
Everyone has advantaqges and disadvantages. While ADD certainly does have advantages when not acompanied by other conditions, there are some disadvantages as well. The key is to have methods to maximize the advantages and minimize the impact of the disadvantages when organizing ones life, relationships, and careers. But then that is also true of people who don't have ADD.
If we take that route and come to your conclusion, then the clear, unambiguous statements in Numbers 23:19 and 1 Samuel 15:29 are just flat out wrong.
Furthermore, suggesting that God has "changed his mind" necessarily implies that God has done something which he did not know he was going to do. You are left with denying the omniscience of God.
This is precisely the position that the Open Theology advocates take to deny God's omniscience. In order to "sound" orthodox, they redefine "omniscience" to be "God knows all that can be known.
Furthermore, emphasizing the frequency of occurance is akin to the logical error of "appeal to the majority".

I think I was pretty clear when I stated that based on the HC Q&A alone, a reasonable person could reach your conclusion. I was also clear that I think that such a construction either goes too far or the HC Q&A is deficient in the scope of the answer.
That means I don't think elevating a specific theology over the entire Bible without using the entire Bible to define that theology is proper hermeneutics. I'm not adhering to any specific theology, just using the entire Bible to understand what God wants us to know.
I only accept Papal Decrees. What did you do with Pope Piel?
But do they have guns? The kids at Columbine had guns and ADD drugs.
BTW, Is it true that those who have been on the mood altering drug Ritalin are ineligible to join the US Marines? I heard that, and someone else added that it is not possible to get a pilot's license if one has a history of using that kind of drug.
How do you think that it would be going "too far"?

Oh my. You actually took this seriously. (The "demonic religion" part wasn't over-the-top enough to set off the BS detectors? -and the "metaphor...2x4" didn't do it either?)
Oh my.
[Running up to recalibrate the "childish guillibility" bias on the rhetoric machine.]
That's not rehtoric dr steve.
The question was: "Before God and this company of believers, what is your purpose in posting to this forum?
His reply is his statement before God. That is exactly why he is here. Unless he's lying before God, that is his purpose for posting and his reason for being here.
His answer stands. If he is sorry for it, then he will have to apologize to God for lying on the thread. I don't think he was lying. Those are his true sentiments. I would suspect that Dr. Warmoose would equally question the validity of the committment to God of any Calvinist who would pander at all to any of us non-Calvinists. I'm sure he despises the "pandering" that some of you GRPL's do (such as actually believing that any Arminian could possibly be saved) as much as he despises our "anthropocentric" theology. If you don't think so, ask him. I won't bother. He's your poster boy, not mine.
Feel free to disavow him. But don't expect to reason with him.
Clues for the Clueless:
(1) Both you and XZins are not God. (though your soteriology infers this claim)
(2) Every man will make account on the day of judgement for each idle word spoken (Matt 12:36)
(3) Neither you or XZins cannot put himself in the position of judging another man's heart.
(4) XZins also makes himself a poster-child for the Luke 6:42 Principle.
(5) Calling down your god as if He was your personal servant to officiate your personal problems with others is profane and insulting.
You folks remind me of the Demoncats who maintain double standards. Now you are demanding that the GRPL act like cowering GOP politicians.
You haven't reasoned with anyone here, why should you declare to not do something that you haven't yet done?
This is all very odd and confusing.
I respond better to "moose"cartoons - preferably of the scatological kind.
I believe the Biblical tool is the Rod O' Correction®
