And if you care to read the coroners report, you will find that she did indeed have plenty of therapy.
Abuse a dead person??? I think you need to explain that.
Are you late to the party or what? She had therapy early on (at her parents expense) and was IMPROVING. Money came to MS after suing - therapy stopped.
This really is not rocket science here. Blindness seems shows itself in many ways.
Total B.S. Again, READ the report. She had therapy throughout her 15 years. She was NOT improving at any period, and her parents did NOT share any expense. Bases rumors are just that. The money all went to her care, except that which he spent DEFENDING against attempts of her father trying to gain control of it, so he could buy himself a house. You can bet your butt I wouldn't want to live with the guy either if I were Micheal, and lets not forget who took the case to court and won that settlement in the first place. It wasn't her father. I read ALL the details of the case, not just one sides accusations.
"Been there many times. You believe something so strongly, only to find out that you were profoundly mistaken."
Uhhhh...is he talking about Kerry voters?
In fact, you have ZERO evidence other than rumor that Micheal did anything wrong. If I were him, i'd start sueing people.
You need to read up BIG TIME. And I'm not going to do it for you. You learn because you WANT to know.
And that includes the Bible. Show me where God's Word tells us not to give water to the thirsty. Show me where He says it's OK to take your wife's life, show me where He says it's OK to have a mistress and procreate with that mistress while legally married to another?
"No, that is not the issue. You are attempting to reframe it to support your suppostions. The real issue is what means do we use, to continue to support dead bodies, and how long do we continue."
An example of you reframing to support your supposition. "We" were not the ones to be supporting Terri. Her parents wanted to take her and care for her. You, I, and "we" were not required to support her.
Nah, can't do that, cause you thought she was capable of doing all the above and more. Nope, no courage of convictions.
ZERO evidence other than rumor that Micheal did anything wrong. If I were him, i'd start sueing people.
Like I said, blindness comes in many forms. That might be cool if he did start suing people. It would be fun to watch him hang himself while defending himself.
Did she cry out in thirst? No. because she had no conciousness, no awareness, because she had no mind.
Micheal did not take his wife's life. She died when her mind died.
Read Duet. about a wifes inability to have children.
It clearly states you may take a concubine to procreate. or you can divorce her. Either one, your choice.
Perhaps it's YOU who needs to do some reading.
keep posting - you are laughable and unteachable. So be it.
And that was perfectly acceptable to me. It made no difference whatsoever, She was dead, just a living corpse. If her parents wanted to pretend she was still in there, fine, except the fact that they couldn't finacialy afford to do so, so you and me would have paid for it anyways through our tax dollars one way or another. I don't know if her parents abilities were a factor or not, i would have to see the court minutes.
Did she cry out in thirst? No. because she had no conciousness, no awareness, because she had no mind
SURE NATHAN, IF THAT MAKES YOU FEEL BETTER.
It clearly states you may take a concubine to procreate. or you can divorce her. Either one, your choice.
What Bible do you read and what country do you live in?
When you resort to isults it proves who has the evidence on his side. I present the known facts, you present baseless rumor. It doesn't take "rocket science" as you say, to figure out who's the winner of this debate.
This sounds like the dem talking points that were used on me
during a radio interview the day the autopsy was released.
"But in reality, you can't kill someone who is already dead."
This may be true, but Terri wasn't on any life saving measures. I don't happen to consider nurishment an extra effort, none of us can live without it.
My dad was in and out of a coma just prior to passing, mom decided to remove the ventilator and he died in a matter of minutes. I feel that we should always err on the side of life and we should never starve someone to death.
Just my opinion of course.
It's clear you don't know your bible well.
There is polygamy going on in this very country. How do you think they justify their actions? Why, biblicly of course!
Now, get to reading Deuteronomy. I'd tell you where it is, but i'd rather you read it from being to end. it will do your spirit well.
A feeding tube and forced feeding through it is life saving measures. that proceedure wasn't even available 50 years ago. it is medical itervention no matter how you look at it, and is legaly defined as such. she was allowed to died naturaly as she would have without it. it would be different if she had any sort of conciousness, of course. but the glaring facts are that her brain was completely gone. She was nothing more than a living corpse, her human self (which is the mind and spirit) long departed. if you look up life, the mind in the catholic dictionary you will find that the churches thoughts of the mind, that it is what defines your conciousness, your spirit, your humanity. The body is only a vessel of organs which sustains it. Once the mind and spirit is gone the body is of no consequence. Try reading some St. Augustine and St. Ambrose as well on the subject.
You're wrong, Neil.
I don't listen to Boortz anymore. Like many Liberaltarians, he's wrong on moral issues. He's just another selfish Liberal asking for tax cuts and accusing everybody who disagrees with him as only wanting to interfere in his sex life.
You don't consider nourishment as as extra effort. I wonder how long she would have been alive, without feeding tubes being placed into her, in the first place?
Wasn't that an external means of keeping her body warm? Semantics can be used to decry anything. Life isn't that body, to a Christian...
I'm not a doctor, of medicine, nor theology. I have been to see a doctor. I believe in God.
