(CBS) NEW YORK A controversial new film about 9/11 is raising eyebrows, not only for its content, but also for the people involved in the project: Rosie O'Donnell and Charlie Sheen.
The sitcom actor and talk show hostess have both become spokespeople for the 9/11 conspiracy movement.
"If the government is lying about flight 93, is it hard to believe the rest is a lie?"That line can be heard on the video "Loose Change," which has been floating around the Internet for years, but now Sheen is in talks with Magnolia Pictures to narrate a new version of the video and redistribute it.
Sheen believes the government may have been behind the attacks, and said so in a recent interview.
"I have a hard time believing a fireball traveled down the elevator over 1100 feet, and still had the explosive energy to destroy the lobby as it was described," Sheen said on "The Alex Jones Show."
Meanwhile, O'Donnell has been using her Web site to reprint excerpts from the 9/11 conspiracy site, Whatreallyhappened.com.
The conspiracy theorists believe that the government blew up the twin towers and covered up the evidence by making it appear that commercial airplanes flew into the buildings. They also believe al-Qaida had nothing to do with the attacks. "I know it's hard to imagine the government would intentionally murder almost 3000 innocent people, but once you begin to accept that possibility you can never go back to the 19 Arabs," the movie's narrator goes on to say.

This strongly indicates that somebody told the firefighters to stay away from Building 7 because it was about to collapse. Why would firefighter stay away from a building unless the knew it was going to collapse? No fire had ever caused the collapse of a steel building before and there were only two small fires that were blazing.
Why were the firefighters warned to stay away from buildings while the people in the twin towers were ordered to STAY IN the buildings AFTER both planes had hit?
Before either of the twin towers collapsed, Mayor Rudolph Giuliani and his associates were told to leave the headquarters they had set up within Building 7.
"We were operating out of there when we were told that the World Trade Center was gonna collapse," Rudolph Giuliani told Peter Jennings of ABC News that morning, "and it did collapse before we could get out of the building."
Despite this, Giuliani fled WTC 7 at least eight hours before it collapsed. How did he know that the twin towers were going to collapse if it was such an unprecedented occurance? Why didn't the firefighters on the ground get the same warning?

If the United States continues to be bogged down in a protracted bloody involvement in Iraq, the final destination on this downhill track is likely to be a head-on conflict with Iran and with much of the world of Islam at large.
A plausible scenario for a military collision with Iran involves Iraqi failure to meet the benchmarks; followed by accusations of Iranian responsibility for the failure; then by some provocation in Iraq or a terrorist act in the U.S. blamed on Iran; culminating in a “defensive” U.S. military action against Iran that plunges a lonely America into a spreading and deepening quagmire eventually ranging across Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan.
A mythical historical narrative to justify the case for such a protracted and potentially expanding war is already being articulated.

I have no interest, at all, in what Rosie O'Donnell says in conflict with the views of the best structural engineers in the biz.
Regarding the screenshot, what is it supposed to prove? One historian says that if you go to Normandy Beach and look at the news reports displayed of the invasion, you will see that all of them were wrong. They call journalism the first draft of history. In the confusion of the heat of the moment they get somethings wrong. That is not evidence of conspiracy.

Let's see. For this to have been a success, most of the MSM, the NSA, CIA, Port Authority, Building management, Building security, fire and police, as well as whatever military was involved, would have all had to be complicit....and remained silent.
There's not a national security issue that hasn't been leaked out to the NY Times since 9/11. How could this, arguably the greatest coverup in history, remained such a secret?
