Fact check certifying a COLB is so much nonsense. As I have said many times, the sister has a COLB and she admits she was born in Indonesia..COLBs have nothing to do with the argument at all....You are right that the vault copy is only thing up for debate. COLBs can be obtained just by swearing falsely.
