On Congressional Involvement with AIG

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury that is the American public, it is my concern and intention to alert you to the actions of the 111TH congress and prove to you its criminal actions perpetrated under both the Color of Law and the Color of Office.

The Constitution of The United States is the supreme law of the land. (Art 6) As such, it is imperative that the Constitution be referenced in this proof that our current congress has been acting criminally.

1. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
1.1. How are the bonuses, being taxed at a 90% rate not being seized?
1.2. What Warrant was issued, and if so, by whom was it issued?
1.3. What Law did they break in order to gain this money?
1.3.A. It was Congress that wrote the very law which gave them the possibility to even have these bonuses.
1.3.B. It was Congress which passed said law without reading, or understanding, what it was they were voting for.

This has been the most disgraceful behavior, after many other disgraceful acts, that I have witnessed in my 70 years.
The really sad thing is that they don’t show any regrets, but are proud about what they have done.
We can stand up and cry “Shame” and they will not even know why.

Our pastor taught on Philipans 3 today; there was a verse which, in contrasting believers and non-believers, said something like “They count as glory what should be counted as shame”. It [this situation] is a VERY good example of this, as you point out.

Ah, maybe we are. I know that things are feeling very uneasy for me right now. Perhaps that’s because I put some value on my word and I took that oath of enlistment.

I think, if you were local, I’d invite you out for a beer. As you said, you’re 70 years old, and it’s obvious to me that you have some wisdom.
