Attorney Taitz received a certified copy of the copyrght certificate of registration of Obama’s book “Dreams from my father”. The federal standard form for copyright has a number of questions. One of them is “Dates of Birth and Death . Year born” and arrow pointing to an area where one needs to enter the year of his birth. Anyone with an IQ over an IQ of a brick understands that he needs to enter the year when he was born. Apparently this question was not clear for the Constitutional law professor and Attorney Barack Obama. Instead of entering the year of birth, “USA” was entered. What’s more, this USA appear to be in a different font than the rest of the form. We have seen forgery and falsification in other IDs and forms relating to Obama. The question is: What is being covered? Was Obama born in a different year, not 1961? When was this ‘USA” in a different form entered?

Why would a transcript from a U.S. government court-martial refer to the president of the United States as Barrack Houssein Obama II? Has anyone before seen that spelling of his name? What does this court, this judge, know that We the People do not know? Will this man answer our question: WHO ARE YOU?This is an open thread. Feel free to comment at will. I’d like to request, also, that anyone who can, please tell us what is represented on those gold drapes that this POTUS is so frequently photographed in front of. In addition, can anyone familiar with Muslim names, please inform us as to the possible differences in meaning between Barack versus Barrack, and Hussein versus Houssein?

UPDATE 11/01/2010: We have yet another name for this person, “Wuod Sarah”, Dholuo for “the son of Sarah.” In addition, persons who know Luo naming conventions have pointed out that his name, technically, should be Barack Hussein. Just that. No Obama.
UPDATE 06/05/2011: Lawyer Stephen Pidgeon claims that Barry’s name was changed to its current form from Barak Mounir Ubayd in British Columbia in 1982.

Makes sense.But here’s another name and it seems Gaddafi is tweaking him, doesn’t it? What does Gaddafi know? Strangely enough, the man who owned the home where Obama’s Uncle Omar lived when he was arrested for DUI and evading a deportation order is named Ouma. This man also owned the home where Uncle Omar lived in 1987-1991, when the IRS placed a lien against Omar for non-payment of taxes. So Mr. Ouma helped Omar for over twenty years. Is he kin? Did he shorten his name to Ouma, a variation of Obama?
UPDATE: March 5, 2012: When Obama appeared in a panel discussion with other Alinsky-lovers in 1998, his name was advertised on a poster as Senator BARAKA Obama. Minutes of a Board of Education from Paterson, NJ, where they talked about students being introduced to IL State Sen. Baraka Obama. Now where did they get that spelling? h/t SEO.

But which is his LEGAL name? Does the judge know? Is that why the judge used Barak, while the petitioners used Barack?

Did you listen to the Rush clip on BR? In it he talks about Hillary’s birtherism. I’m not sure if he is quoting Politico, but the anonymous email allegedly circulated by Hillary in Spring of 2008 said: “Obama’s mother was pregnant in Kenya and could not get home to have her baby. Afterwards, she took her baby to Hawaii”

Obviously, the Hawaii part we now know to be untrue, but it was the accepted wisdom at the time. However, the first part of the quote is about the most extreme statement of birtherism that you could ask for.

At some point Bill Clinton was quoted as saying something like “There’s no way Obama could be qualified for president”. Therefore, we now have a total acquiescence by the Hilary team that they know that OBama is a Kenyan, but they won’t do anything about it.

Yes. This is what I’ve believed since 2009. It is the reason Lois Anderson and her daughter, Zelda Anderson White, were shot to death in front of their husbands just outside of Nairobi, Kenya, in January of 2007.

Attorney Phil Berg also sued Obama for not being a Natural Born Citizen in August 2008. He did have Obama’s Kenyan grandma on tape stating that Obama was born in Kenyan before some Obama grandma minder stepped in and denied what she just said.

Berg was supposedly associated with the Clintons.

Berg did succeed to get Justice Antonia Scalia to summit his case to the Supreme Court after Kennedy (that sure figures ) denied his writ of certiorari before it was rejected by the court.

Berg got disbarred from practicing law in the state of Pennsylvania that seems a little bizzaro - for not telling a client that his lawsuit was dismissed for 2 years, which happen a decade ago. OBot vendetta? I would not be suprised.

I remember that Phil Berg indeed was connected to the Klintons.

Berg is the first one to bring any action (not sure of it was legal type action) against 0.

I recall a radio interview with him about the birth cert issue.

So back then (2007/8) shrillary & 0 were the ‘rat contenders...
