I don’t have to disprove, you have to prove beyond a doubt that that truly is his birth certificate, I’m not the one running around with video that has the quality of a big foot video.
Any lawyer fresh out of law school could raise enough reasonable doubt on that video.

How does that demonstrate that this “birth certificate” is authentic or lend it any authenticity?
He only swears that he bribed a guy in Kenya to look the other way while he obtained it.
That could truthfully mean he bribed a cop not to arrest him while he had a forgery made.
But that doesn't mean that what he presents as a “birth certificate” is an authentic document.
He would have perjured himself in the affidavit only if:
-He did not actually go to Kenya.
-He did not actually bribe someone to “look the other way”.
-He wasn't born in Iowa.
-He wasn't 29 at the time.
And so on. In short, if someone sold him a falsified document and he believed that document was authentic, he wouldn't be perjuring himself.
But his affidavit in no way validates the document as authentic as a birth certificate for BHO beyond it being the same document he obtained in Kenya.
I'm pretty sure Smith's "Kenya" is actually Santo Domingo.

I am Lucas Daniel Smith. I shot this video back in August 2009. I’m a witness in two different federal court cases in which I have testified to procuring this birth certificate while I was at Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya on February 19th, 2009.

After the grandmother made the same statement twice, her grandson intervened, saying "No, No, No, He [sic] was born in the United States." During the interview, the grandmother never changed her reply that she was present when Obama was born in Kenya. The fact that later in the same interview she change her statement to say that Obama was born in Hawaii does not change the fact that she at first stated twice that she was present when Obama was born in Kenya. I cannot imagine a grandmother not knowing whether she was present or not at the birth of her American Senator and U.S. Presidential candidate grandson.,/p>

The "Blaine Application for Certificate of Live Birth" shows that Barack Hussein Obama II was born in Kenya, Africa. The information given on the form confirms the information given on the Lucas Smith Coast Provence General Hospital Birth Certificate for Obama.
The information even maps perfectly to information given on the widely viewed FactCheck short form COLB for Obama.

I believe that he did indeed personally obtain Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate from the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya in February 2009 and now has that critically important document in his possession.

Furthermore: Hawaii's Territorial Law, Chapter 57 - "VITAL STATISTICS, I", shown beginning pg 23 of 29, (the law in effect in 1961) allowed baby's born anywhere in the world to be eligible to apply for a Hawaii birth certificate.
Don't be ridiculous, it doesn't work that way.
Smith needs to prove he traveled to Kenya if he wants people to believe his BC story and so far he's not doing a very good job of that.
I've been to Ukraine three times. I can prove this by showing my passport stamps, various photos around obvious landmarks, train tickets, etc. I can't prove I've never been to Russia. I have no photos, stamps, etc. but the absence of evidence doesn't prove I've never been there. Maybe I snuck across the border, planted my feet in Russian soil and scurried back?
I can't prove I've never been to Brazil. Or Antarctica. But I've never claimed to have visited these places.
Call me crazy but if I were to claim to have traveled to Kenya where I received a physical document that could possibly result in the removal from office of a sitting U.S. President, I think at the very least I'd provide evidence I actually visited Kenya. I dunno... Maybe of photo of myself in front of the Coast Province General Hospital waving his birth certificate in the air or something? Certainly I'd expect people to ask for some kind of proof. I'd expect people to say, "Dude, you just typed that up." and I'd want something that proves I didn't.
Fortunately for Smith, there's a whole legion of people out there who will believe anything that claims Obama was born somewhere besides Honolulu. No proof required. Heck, I could sit here at my computer and type up a bogus BC that says Obama was born in China and there'd be a million people on the internet calling me a patriot and attacking the "Obots" who doubted me.

If correct, that would explain a few things.
So why does it appear that there was no effort made to shoot a clear and viewable video that proved beyond a doubt that you were in Kenya? A self-shot of you in front of the hospital? The airport? Your plane ticket? Stamped passport?
It wouldn't have been that hard to do.
Just jumpy video, rotated 90 degrees off so it's hard to view, of a nondescript third world slum and a bunch of kids standing around as props.
Why such poor documentation for such an important issue?

Why not? Lucas Smith has been convicted several times in Iowa and spent time in prison, so been there, done that.
We know, listen to and trust these names as valid sources on a myriad of topics.
We trust them.
When one of them interviews you and says your stuff is for real and we should take you seriously you will have passed muster. Until then while many of us would like to believe what you say your really have not passed the verification test yet.
A challenge to BC afterbirthers has been issued.
