Peace activist Cindy Sheehan delivered an impassioned speech on the ninth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, claiming allegiance with those who believe the terrorist attacks of that day were orchestrated by the United States government for political gain.
“I am a 9/11 Truther,” Sheehan told a large crowd at the All Souls Church on the upper East Side of Manhattan, who endorsed her with a long standing ovation. “I do think it was an inside job,” Sheehan said. “We just don’t know – I don’t know – how far inside it went. But, you know, I’m sure Dick Cheney had something to do with it.”
During her speech marking the ninth anniversary of 9/11, Sheehan told the audience to stop looking at the attacks as a left-right issue. “Whether it’s someone from the Republicans or the Democrats, or the military industrial complex – it’s all the same,” she said, adding that US President Barack Obama has done everything “to protect the criminals of the Bush regime.”
Sheehan has shown support for the various conspiracy theories collectively known as The 9/11 Truth Movement as early as 2007 during an interview on The Alex Jones Show, where she said the collapse of the World Trade Center towers looked like a controlled demolition and questioned why US air defense forces were distracted that morning.

Yeah, but I heard she took 4th place in a beauty pagent - there were no other contestants.
Not sure about the demolitions part, but with all that empty air in her head, she’s gotta be an expert in that area.

She is certifiable. There is no question that her son would be ashamed of all that she has done and said. Truth be told, she was probably a wacky mother while he grew up, and he probably joined the service to get away from her. I know I would have.
As long as the press keeps giving her attention, she will keep trying to be in the limelight.
She and Rosie O’Donald - good company and deserving of one another. Don't we have mental asylums any more? And, who supports Sheehan? Does she have a job (Ha!) And, her son gave his life so his wacko mom could go around the country disrespecting what he believed in and by the way, did she ever get around to the headstone?
Sounds like the whackos at All Souls Church still buy her stories.........if a long, standing ovation is any indicator.

You’ve got to hand it to Cindy. She is always finding new ways to make herself even less relevant.
This makes her qualified to be an MSNBC anchor.
