He’s under 18. That makes him a minor, that makes it a crime. And it makes her a rapist.
Holy Crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!
shouldn’t avoid jail. These people are in authority and abused it, they should forfeit any government/school job for life too.
I’m ALWAYS naked under my clothes.
See my post #33.
It isn’t that the 17 year old is a child. That isn’t the point at all.
It isn’t that a 17 year old is old enough to do a, b or c.
It’s the situation.
Now I promise you, if this were a male or a female teacher in a car doing this with a 17 year old girl, and if added to that in your case the girl were your daughter, you might have a ghost of a prayer of waking up to the reality of the situation.
But with what you’ve already written, doubtful, doubtful.
Sure am glad I was raised by a completely different type of parents than anyone with your...mind?set.
The age of consent is 16 in most states. Our laws consider him old enough to have sex.
“He told me he was the Bra Inspector”, said the blonde.
He’s under 18 but he is probably the willing partner who dropped a dime on her. She probably cut him off and he’s getting revenge. Sad story.
The English are grossly obsessed with sex. Just look at their news stories. If its not sex or soccer they don’t seem interested. They’ve become rather shallow people.
We have 17 year old “Children” serving every day in the military. No get back up there on that soapbox and tell me again about children.
Ignore history all you like. Yes our current law, depending on the state, says some 17 year olds are ‘children’. There are also laws that say that spilled milk in a dairy farm is a toxic biohazard.
If you think a 17 year old is a ‘child’ then you are free to do so. The history of the entire planet says otherwise.
She is guilty allright, but at 17 I would have had her several times already in my nocturnal emissions.
She is like many men who have 7 year itch or are getting older and having a mid life crisis. Given a couple of years to get rid of the itch she would have been allright probably, but she got caught and has to face the music.
Luckily she doesnt have to face the jail house dykes.
Just to add...The student teacher thing...
Do I personally think students and teachers should be having sex? I don’t think it is ethical but I don’t think it is criminal.
And again, a 17 year old is no child.
Oh, HELLS NO!
NOT GUILTY.
You might be surprised.
it IS different than if it were a male teacher and a female 17 year old.
You know this how?
What she did was wrong. She should be fired. I just don’t think it should be prosecuted by the state. Naturally, I would be emotionally invested were it my daughter. I’d want to kill the guy. But I’d probably feel the same way if my daughter were 20 years old.
I think we are giving the state too much power to control our lives, whether it be drugs or sex or what kind of toilet we choose to buy.
My wife is also 39, but......hoo boy. You know I love you, honey.
I would hit that for extra credit and take summer school.

A common fallacy among people who are too lazy to do their homework. In 1900 the average age of first marriage for men was 26, for women 22. In 1960 the average age for men was 22+, for women about 20. There was never a time in the history of the US that the average age of marriage for either sex was below twenty.
Any woman who was "married with kids at 15-16" in 1960 would have been looked upon as a freak, and not a very desirable one.
There are the laws of men, and then there are the laws of nature. According to the former, the lady committed a crime, for which society says she has to pay.
As to the latter, nothing harmful occurred, unless the young man feels some guilt for having helped this woman breach her sacred trust with her husband.
For the record, I think what she did was wrong, but not because it's a violation of any civil statute. No, their liaison hurt their relatives, coworkers, and friends. That is why it's wrong.
If she were a single woman with no children, I'd be hard pressed to find any harm done in this situation.
