redstate does not suffer fools gladly, reportedly. Who does?
If they do, for how long? Many have a shorter tolerance for foolishness than others. Confucious.

On the subject of Sarah, it seems leaders lead, rather than procrastinate over phantom musings, hint at doing battle while hiring on in places where it can be avoided. Leaders can actually make up their mind, look at a clock, a calendar, and a map, all this as opposed to chinese tea leaves. The lady has now increasingly become a caricature of herself. In every way but Palin, redstate is a conservative activist site, who is unitimidated and therefore willing to take on someone who, in their opinion, is a distraction from the mission—winning the general election.

Yeah, as if you were “fair and balanced” on the subject of Sarah Palin until Red State chimed in! Hahahaha!

Rita- you’ve shown yourself to be sensible in my short tenure here.

Do you not remember the early days after the 2008 election when everyone save SP was licking their wounds. When they did stick their heads up like prarie dogs they stuck their fingers in the air to see where the wind blew?

SP has fought, fought, regrouped and fought again.

You may not care for her tactics, but the British didn’t care much for Ethan Allen, or Francis Marion, either...

I’ll repost this from another thread and address it you you Rita...

Why is Free Republic overrun with liberals calling themselves conservatives, mouthing Liberal talking points, regurgitating liberal smears, acting like spoiled children and attacking a potential candidate that embodies the principles of Free Republic, the TEA Party and conservatism better than any ANNOUNCED candidate out there?

And isn’t it time we publicly and OFTEN call them on it? This crap really needs to stop. Posters in the blogsphere have become no different than the MSM it/they claimed to hate. Look at all the little Dan Rather and Keith Olberman wannabees populating these threads and tell me I’m wrong.

Erick Erickson is about Erick Erickson. He want’s Perry because Perry announced at his convention. A Perry win would give Redstate an aura of great influence.

Redstate has become an echo chamber. They’ve banned or scared off any posters that don’t agree with them. It’s the same pro Perry posters on every thread. They are Erick’s yes men.

His stunt today was extremely juvenile and childish.

Rita, all due respect but your argument is hilarious. You say “Leaders lead”.........well, let’s expand your analysis of “leading” and plug Eisenhower into the discussion. He was, few would dispute, a leader, charged by fate and chronology with the responsibility of invading Fortress Europe. In the leadup to D-day, Eisenhower created whole divisions of rubber tank diversons opposite Pas de Calais resulting in enough indecisiveness and confusion on the part of Hitler and his generals in the initial crucial hours to save untold thousands of our young soldiers lives!

Similarly, Palin is creating a lot of indecisiveness in the minds of elite pubbies (her enemy) and Soros (her enemy) and the press (her enemy) and the left in general (her enemies) all the while saving many millions of preciouos dollars for her fight which she wants to be one in which she, on election day, is not beholding to the usual array of criminal influence peddlers in posession of big bucks to bribe candidates.

Eisenhower finally announced D-day the night of June 5-6, only hours before the troops started moving and when all conditions in his “leader” mind were as perfect as they could get for his enormous challenge!

When Sarah feels conditions are right, timing (the clock) is right and everything is as it should be for her to have the maximum chance of success (and with the very existence of America at stake), like Eisenhower she will let all her enemies, as well as her friends know. Until then, like Eisenhower, she has very solid reasons for keeping quite about her June 6th !!!
