I hereby declare June 2012 a month of mourning and supplication for forgiveness. Come to think of it, I’ll have to do a little research. I don't know how James Byrd got mixed into this (other than that the liberals exploited his death and used it against Governor G.W. Bush in 2000). He had nothing to do with homosexuals and just happened to be in the wrong place when some white ex-cons wanted to black person to kill.
How many Presidential proclamations have there been in support of victims of pedophiles? About the same time that homosexual was killed in Wyoming, a young boy named Jesse (about 14) was killed by two homosexuals in Arkansas while being sexually abused by them. That got no play in the media...it didn't fit their agenda.

Super, so how do our black/african american groups think about Ozero equating Black History Month to LGBT’s. I know most won’t complain in public, but one has to think that this has to sting a bit.
