There is a thin line between free speech and criminal action. Actually that line is supposed to be broader than you think. Free speech is protected as long as it is not a lie used with malicious intent or an expression that destroys other people’s property. So, how do you know when you have crossed over from freedom of expression to freedom to be in handcuffs?
