I blame President Obama.
Beacause the abortion rate is up to 9.8?
Studies show birthrates track economic optimism about the future.
If you don’t have faith in the future (Italy, France, Japan), you don’t have children.
...but I ain't holding my breath.
France has a higher birthrate than us. It’s at 2.0 or 2.1 now. And no, not all the baby mothers are Muslim.
Because most people are being screwed by other means than sex !
Side effect of liberalism. Liberal women squander their childbearing years. Liberal men can’t get liberal women in-the-mood, and can’t get it up anyway.
On the off chance a career-minded woman needs a bit of relief and can find a liberal guy that ain’t shooting blanks ... they wrap the pipes, pop the pill and/or abort the inconvenient consequences.
It’d be interesting to see it broken down by State.
Because Ms. Whitey McCracker-Honkey is too busy with her career to have children!
Because the sudden epidemic of Republicans with no balls has resulted in an all-time record low sperm count.
They can no longer afford to.
I wonder what the birthrate is of people who might vote Republican at some time in their life?
I bet it’s way below 1.9.
I’m afraid old white Republicans are dying and being replaced by minorities who vote Dem > 70%.
Just part of the depopulation plan.
Good point. I don't have any kids of my own.
Data from 2011.
Theoretically Americans should be breeding the leftists out of the population. Your average rat in Berkeley or Cambridge has 1, maybe 2 kids. Your average middle class or upper middle class conservative has 3, maybe 4. What’s gone wrong? Two things:
The Public Screwels getting hold of the minds of those otherwise normal kids and warping them into the government ideology at an early age.
Probably because a lot of people are saying...”I just don’t give a F*ck anymore”
That's probably it. Thanks to Obamanomics.
Is it because the culture of death snuffs out life? Does humanism’s whoredom repel the love and joy of human expression and existence in God’s kingdom?
The thought you give voice to sounds like it has root either in ignorance of what Jesus said, or a lack of faith in it. Jn 16:33 -- "I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world"
To say that this world extinguishes the love in God's Kingdom is to deny the power of the King and call him a liar when he said he overcame the world.
