A few subs, do not a navy make. In a war with China it will be endurance and massive land armies that will win the day. Advise to Vietnam—start to learn to speak Chinese.
A new Allies. Russia, India, Vietnam and Japan are teaming to counter futire Chinese aggression. Too bad US is about to play for Axis this time.
China also has a tremendous excess of young male citizens which are always trouble to their country. It needs to use them up in foreign wars. Việt Nam finally shook off the Chinese a thousand years ago and has fought them a number of times since.
