I've had these sorts of discussions with black folks whenever they get all incensed near me and start spouting off about "institutional racism" or some other such nonsense. My trump card in these discussions is this: "Have you ever had someone call you a nigger straight to your face? Have you ever had a group of people surround you and threaten to beat your ass while calling you a nigger?" The answer, so far, from these people who claim they are victims of persistent racism, has always been "no".

Because I, as a white kid, have had both of these experiences from the other side. I've had the pleasure of being surrounded by a group of black guys shouting "Let's kill these whiteboys." I've also had black guys shouting "Suck my d*** whiteboy" and other such niceties while they were riding by in cars or on bicycles. And as a (large) white man, I have been harassed by police several times (to include drawn guns and heavy attitude) for simply walking along minding my own business.

So I've got zero sympathy for this idea that blacks in this country are victims of racism, at least any more so than anyone else of any other race. And I would say that blacks in this country are easily the most racist group of all. They put the KKK to shame when it comes to pure racial hatred. Meh.

Blacks in America need to grow up. Life is hard. It’s harder if you are stupid.

I’ve had three violent altercations with black people in 52 years of living in the southeast. All three started with them saying, “Give me your money.” All three ended with me displaying a weapon (steel pipe once and pistol twice) and I did call them the “N” word each time to show them that I meant business.

I’m sure that in their mind, they were preyed upon by an evil racist for that word and the actual attempted robbery was only a joke.

My mother started the Head Start program in my home town. She was ultimately required to attend Tuskegee Institute for a 6 month graduate degree program.

She was locked in her room at night from the outside and was fed alone. Her kindness was shoved back onto her and she was told that it was her race that was responsible for the plight of the black man/woman today.

She is now 94...and taught many young black children. Some of her students are doctors, lawyers and teachers.

But she was hated for every thing she did.

When I was a child, my father said to me: “When you enter the work force, you will have to be twice as smart as the average white person, just to be considered half as smart.”
Black people, at least Americans, have a sixth sense when it comes to racism. Even when it’s not overt. We can detect it, even when they’re smiling and shaking your hand. A psychic vibration of arrogance, hostility and perceived superiority. It radiates off them like a stench. But you don’t smell it with your nose, you smell it with your soul. Not all white people are like that, of course. But there is that element. The backstabbers. The Snakes.
Every black person reading this knows exactly what I’m talking about. And most white people are totally clueless. They just don’t get it.
