It's a guy who thinks he is a gal who thinks he is a wolf. If he is a wolf he better have his rabies shots or be put down.
I don’t know what to say, except I’m glad he isn’t my neighbor. With this one, the line between real and not real must have been written with Invisible Ink. Both sides have merged. Does he ever visit his family and does he ‘Wolf if up’ in their homes? Imagine him at Thanksgiving Dinner, he would be served from a Dog Dish under the dining room table.
People like her are why the term howling mad was invented.

I had a feral cat in the back yard (yes spayed/fixed with rabies shots) and the cat would go next door to see the dog and leave a present for him. It worked out well.

At one point,after a particularly crazy scene,we see the psychiatrist telling his wife (who's also a physician)...in that classic British upper class accent... "there's enough material there for an entire conference".
I think the same applies with this...creature.
I had to look it up - Okami means wolf in Japanese. I’m guessing that is HIS new name? Or perhaps HIS actual last name??
American indians are often associated with a spirit animal - with families being part of the bear clan, etc.
I recall a true story about two Eskimos on their snow mobiles. They both went into the water. One man got out, but his friend was too heavy and couldn’t get out, and rescue attempts failed.
So the one guy is left in the freezing water, and the other guy starts walking back to town.
The guy in the water was from the polar bear clan. He kept visuallizing to himself that he was a polar bear. The other guy walking (freezing wet) was struggling, and wanted to give up a die. But only for his friend did he still get up and keep walking.
He barely made it into town - but many hours later. And then it took the men in the town time to get back out to the lake.
Unbelievably the guy in the water was still alive! I seem to recall that he wasn’t really even all that bad!!??
This MAN is probably just nuts though. Okami is also some online game so perhaps HE thinks HE is the character or something. Like the little boy who told his parents that he was really a girl and he wanted to change his name to a girl’s.
The parents agreed. Except they didn’t like the boy’s idea of naming himself Starfire Rainbow Princess (My Little Pony) so the parents suggested Star (or something like that).
