There is an old myth that women are more virtuous than men and that girls mature faster than boys.
If anyone believes that BS, they also believe in unicorns.
A few things to add:
Whats with her lips? Are those natural. They look very strange.
If a man does travel for work he will have a separate credit card. He will have a cell phone, maybe two. And he will not mind calls to work. You will just get the reception desk. His boss is not a receptionist. He will not answer the main line.
If he is cheating, he has ample ability if he travels. He will not shack up in a local room with the girl. She is not that interesting. Sex will be all he wants. And he will want her gone afterwards. And its much safer for him to buy her plane ticket and take her out of town. That way the expenses are mostly on the company.
This girl is a prostitute, not a mistress. And she is likely both stupid and a liar. The IRS will likely be very interested in her income. Gifts that large show up in their records.
I am mostly upset with the post, pawning this off as some sort of news article. This is nothing more than a PR stunt that they are using as click bait. Its shameless on their part. She is not giving new information. Traveling business men cheat? Thats not new. Many do cheat, most don’t. But most business men know who does and who doesn’t. And by the way, they don’t need to give a lot to a girl for sex. Girls like sex too. Unless this girl is banging some profoundly unattractive men.
Yeah, she’s a hooker that is trying to move into internet sales of her goods. Less messy I suppose.

I made this comment to my wife years ago after it seemed like she had checked out on the more intimate aspects of our relationship. You put your hands on the dirty dishes the garbage the toilet, but you won’t put your hands on me? I understand that you might not want to do it, but you likewise don’t want to put your hands on the garbage either do you? If you don’t think women create situations that lead to adultery you haven’t been around long enough.
Going online and bragging about all those gifts is going to get the IRS most interested.

Yeah, I think most boys believe that. Then they grow up and see many women tramping across the office/workplace they work in and wise up.
Except in the rare instances where cheating is known and tolerated, she has the leverage of threatening to report the behavior to the cheater's spouse.

I’ve had many out of town business trips and I had a credit card provided by my company. I never had a cellphone that belonged to the company, but they do provide a stipend to help pay for mine. And I’ve never had a mistress.

i somehow come across $1000000, and spend it on a mansion.
the IRS sees that I report $10000/yr income for the last 20 years, for a total of $200000.
who at the IRS is going to attempt any correlations? and if the transactions are paperless, how will the IRS prosecute?
