PC, as predicted, is killing comedy, free speech and robbing us of the ability to say anything without offending someone, somewhere in the world that can gang up on you and ruin your life for stating your opinion or an irrefutable truth.

Only problem with suing is that taxpayers pay for FBI malfeasance. Guilty agents should be accountable for the cost of their action. A solution must be crafted so as to “encourage the others”; “pour encourager les autres”.
I hope to see a seven figure lawsuit. This kind of crap has to stop.
He should sue them, and every single supervisor up to the level of Director, for violating his civil rights under color of law. They will be PERSONALLY liable.

Then another 40 minutes of interrogation, NCIS searches and luggage searching to finally conclude they couldn't come up with anything to charge him with, for a bargaining chip in the inevitable lawsuit.
Like, maybe he uses the wrong pronoun on one of them.
