Appears to be multiple donuts in a cartoon like graphic briefly spelling congrats with two O-shaped objects before the donut knocked the O out of the word.

Without certain letters, you cannot spell the mother of all slur words. So any word containing those specific letters is also a slur word and a dog whistle used by racists to send undercover confirmation to other racists. All such words must be cancelled. It sounds crazy, but that's the way they think.

The video starts with the word “Congrats” and then the letter “O” is replaced first by one donut then 2 then 3 donuts. When there are 2 donuts the word “coongrats” appears briefly.

Anyone remember the woman who complained about the city bus that had Ziggin’ and Zaggin’ as part of an ad on the side - she saw the words backwards in her rearview mirror and the city apologized and removed the words.
