Actually the FRR was originally public and started because some of your favorite people got themselves and others suspended.

Decency? Like when a new person decides to join-up, they immediately call in the dogs, and scream "someone is trying to sneak back...sic em". As if, the Mod Squad doesn't have enough and more important issues on their plates, like trying to dump DU disrupters from FR.
