While I appreciate your sincerity in regard to Africa, have you given any thought as to why that savior of the world, the UN, isn't on fire to save Africans? If Africa's tribal and ethnic civil wars had the potential to affect our commercial or defense interests, or those of allies upon we rely or with whom we have treaty obligations, it is certain that we would do more than simply condemn the results of that local civil strife.
