Natives protest Lewis and Clark Expedition
Lakota, Ponca, Kiowa and Dine' began and continue protests to stop Lewis and Clark Expedition on Missouri River
"Once again they come with a lie and tell our leaders they seek the truth and desire to 'commemorate' not 'celebrate.' Once again they want us to throw open the doors of our Nations, to eat, to smoke and once more listen to the lie that their victories and our deaths were inevitable, long past and not worth remembering. But this time there are some Indian people who remember their ancestors suffering." http://www.stoplewisandclark.org

Do I get to protest Sherman's March, too? Can we make it un-happen by complaining?

It's a little late for that, ain't it? The squirrel turds are trying to halt any and all re-enactments of the Lewis & Clark expedition.
I'm sorely tempted to give each and every one of these whackjobs a swift kick in the jewels after reading this rubbish.

Didn't Lewis & Clark have muskets for this kind of problem...

For that matter, can we protest the New Deal, Great Society, affirmative action and the IRS. I can think of a lot of things that we could simply "pretend don't exist" and make our nation better.

I think I'll protest Dwight Clark's catch against the Cowboys in the NFC Championship years ago. I'm still peeved about that one. And all those darned re-enactments that I keep seeing...

What a load. We need some Swift Boats on that river I think. Didn't they have 30 calibers on a swivel?

They could be a part of the greatest nation and idea to grace this planet, and they still choose to complain. If a native american were to wish to go to college, start a company, ect, they would have a wealth of government resources to help them.
I mean it's pretty stupid. Indian tribed killed each other for land all over this nation, before Europeans came over.

How is it that my family has been in this country for many generations going back to the 1600s and yet the MSM will not consider me a native of this land.

You're a genius! Let's all close our eyes and chant, "There in no IRS! There is no IRS! ..." And then you can test whether it worked by not paying your taxes ... :-).

Didn't they have 30 calibers on a swivel? No, worse: 50 cals firing 1300 rounds per minute! It's like a lead fire hose!
