New RKBA pro-NFA group formed!

The url is: http://www.machinegunner.com/phpBB2/

Our main focus is reform of ATFE via congress.

We have several goals, some more immediate than others.

Forcing ATFE to treat all law abiding NFA enthusiast with the respect any American is entitled to expect from their government's agents.

Getting ATFE to correct the errors in the NFRTR.

Getting an accurate accounting of where the $1,000,000 previously appropriated by congress to "fix" the NFRTR went.

A minimum level of competence for ATFE Tech Branch.

Making ATFE Tech decisions binding on ATFE.

Support for the proposed VHFA bill in congress.

Repeal of 922.(o)

Faster processing of all NFA transfers.

There are many other NFA related topics under discussion as well.

This site is primarily looking for NFA owners and enthusiast who will work with us to demand congress institute pro-NFA related reforms, this session.

At this time we are only looking for activist, no dues yet, just letters and fax's to be sent.

NFA is illegal. BATFE is illegal. Their goals are illegal.

Sounds like a bunch of jack boot licking hooligans with no respect for the rule of law. What part of "shall not be infringed" don't they understand?

Reforming goose stepping nazis is a pretty tall order.

Hence my post here, it takes a large number of people acting in concert to get congress to act in accord with our wishes AND the constitution!

FR activist have an excellent track record, and I know our RKBA is important to many of them.

NFA has been treated as the "Ugly red headed stepchild" of our RKBA for too long.
It is time that NFA owners have the same rights as any other firearm owners, no more and no less.
Since virtually none of the existing RKBA groups are willing to make the many serious ongoing NFA related problems with ATFE a primary public issue, we have been forced to establish our own.

Lots of luck. In my experience, the ATF is full of feces eating mongoloids who reduce their employers (We the People) to "dirtbags" so they can conduct Texas Barbecues. Take a look at what I recall as US v. F.J. Vollmer (sixth or seventh circuit IIRC) and you'll see how precious little authority they actually have. 99% of what they do is pure JBT BS. If you ask me, asking for "fair treatment" buys into the con that they actually have any authority within the several States. I'd rather do without than grovel before an employee that isn't qualified to wipe my ass.

I understand, just trying to use the Soap and Ballot box's, hoping to help many avoid the Jury box.

Want to avoid ever having to resort to the final box.
