Another example of the intellectual poverty of the leftwing media

The desperation of the left wing's intelligesia is astounding.

To The Nation, is Al Qaeda just a boogeyman, thus indicting the President (wow are these people out of touch with reality), or is his supposed failure to rein in the threat of Al Qaeda an indictment? But, hey, why can't they have it both ways? If Bush did it, it must be wrong. All you need to do this is lose your sense of shame and integrity.

THE NATION is nothing but a far, FAR!, left-wing rag that long ago stopped publishing anything of interest and began catering to the hard-core lefties.

Al Qaeda is nothing now, thanks to Bush. The real threat comes from Syria and Iran. China is a close third.

Agreed, but I'd put China first. They have both the capacity and the patience to do real long term economic damage of the sort that could turn the US into the United Kingdom. Iran and Syria at least can be dealt with. And who knows? Maybe they'll get theirs real soon ...

(here's hoping)
