Was The Iraq war justified.
The conservative case for a war against Iraq does not stand: 1. Iraq's conventional military capabilities were not a threat. 2. They Did not have WMD, we knew since the U.N. told us. 3. Iraq was not safe haven for terrorist as it is Now.
Therefore We carried the war because: 1. Transform the region (democratize) 2. Achieve Total U.S. military dominance in the Middle East 3. Because we wanted to wack Saddam
Update: Troll disposed. Time to rejoice. :D
Wrong, though held in check Saddam continually pushed to improve. Case in point was the installation of fiber optics by the Chinese for his AAA to communicate unintercepted by the US.
2. They Did not have WMD, we knew since the U.N. told us.
Mis-information. The UN was checked by Saddam's lack of cooperation and they never said out right that he had NO WMD, which is clearly a lie since he used them in the past and our forces found chemical rounds post war.
3. Iraq was not safe haven for terrorist as it is Now.
LOL, yeh, tell that to the hundreds of jihadi's that have been terminated just this week alone. Iraq is not a very safe place for them - only a place for them to die.
Therefore We carried the war because: 1. Transform the region (democratize) 2. Achieve Total U.S. military dominance in the Middle East 3. Because we wanted to wack Saddam
Sounds good to me FWIW, you gotta problem with that troll?
Great post.

I honestly thought, and still do, that you asked a serious question, and NOT that you were a troll.
If I was right, please forgive the people who thought you were just being a smart aleck.
