Here's what I propose... He needs to somehow release Johns Hopkins Hospital from their privacy restrictions so they can talk to me directly and verify

I have a better idea - I'm going to contact the local authorities and media and have them look into this for our good friends at DU. I'm sure that fraud across state lines is a serious matter. If his story holds up, no harm no foul.
