This is nothing new as far as Dimocrat sleeze.
They typically are. They are usually kept in the "safe keeping" of county Clerk of Court files where the divorce was granted.
Now how could Larry get them? Simple answer. He didn't get them directly. Employees of most counties are members of AFSCME --- the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees. AFSCME is nothing but an arm of the Democrat party. When the Rat slime machine wants something that should remain sealed, they simply whisper in the ear of the Union boss who tells the local member to dig it out of the files. In this case, because it's charged sexual material, they "launder" it through their designated sewage broker, Larry Flynt.
If any of you have supposedly sealed papers that are accessible by any members of public employee unions, do not consider that information private or secure. If the Rats need it to harm you, they will have it at their fingertips faster than you could get it from those goldbricking union slumps yourself. And they won't even have to pay the copies fees.
It was allegations similar to this and 11th hour release of divorce records that ruined Jack Ryans (R-IL) run in the primary for Senate.
And the turncoat IL Pubs who wouldn't back him up, spit!

Jack Ryans divorce records were ordered opened by IL judge fairly late in the primary. It was just the "suggestion" of having his actress wife go to a sex club that was enough to ruin his political career.
Well in a way if this accusation had to come out it's better that Flint did it. He's not liked or believed in political circles or even in the U.S. Most people think of him as slime and anything he says is a lie so only the slimey DUers will believe anything he says. This will only bolster John Bolton up and show that this is nothing but a witchhunt.
And this Bolton behavior in the 1970s - 80s is worse than what Teddy was doing back then?? Chris Dodd? Or Bill Clinton, for that matter, and the dems would make that rapist the head of the UN.
