If anyone out there has any doubts that the indictment of Tom DeLay by political hack, Ronnie Earle, is anything BUT political, they need only read this Official 'Tom DeLay is Indicted' Celebration Thread. Yes, the DUmmies are joyously, and prematurely, celebrating the "downfall" of Tom Delay. However, if they investigate even a bit into Ronnie Earle, he is best known for making a complete FOOL of himself when his "case" against Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison completely COLLAPSED the moment it went to court. With a "brilliant" track record like that, one feels yet ANOTHER DUmmie Coyote moment coming. Stand by, DUmmies. The Acme Co. package is about to EXPLODE in your faces once more as the Republican Road RUnner leaves you eating his dust as he goes whirling off "BEEP! BEEP!" in the distance. Amazing how religious they seem when they feel God is smiting the evil neocons. Soon as the Roberts Court starts handing down pro-faith decisions, they'll be back to talking about how stupid and primitive "xians" are.

It's funny ain't it? Their all happy that Delay got indicted on the SIXTH try, and not one of them knows (because nobody knows) what he's done wrong.
Well, it'll be fun to watch I think. I predict Delay will be cleared. I also predict Ronnie Earle will not be let off the hook this time for some of the things he's done, which I'm pretty sure are illegal.
These are the types who use Jesus' name yet do not believe. The "go and sin no more," that Jesus said, always gets dropped by liberals. Rather, it's sue 'em until your sin is endorsed by the govt...
First, Earle's indictment against Kay Bailey Hutchison, which fizzled (in fact, the judge instructed the jury to return a "not guilty" vote in that one). Next, several corparations which were indicted in connection with this probe, but Ronnie Earle dropped charges against several of them in return for contributions to "a program designed to publicize Earle's belief that corporate involvement in politics is harmful to American democracy":

Now, Tom DeLay -- on Earle's SIXTH TRY at getting a grand jury to return an indictment, and the indictment really doesn't give any detail of what DeLay is supposed to have done. Just one line, with a reference to "conspiracy", with no dates, times, details.
Then there's the coordinated DemocRAT effort -- all across the airwaves last night, ALL of them chanting the "culture of corruption" talking point ... phone banks revved up this morning, calling people to tell them to DEMAND that their congressperson give back any money that Tom DeLay sent to them ... all WAY TOO FAST and transparently coordinated and planned. Then, consider the POSITIVELY GIDDY media. Did you see the CNN poll right after the indictment was returned? "Should Tom DeLay resign"? Good Lord, people, he was INDICTED, NOT CONVICTED! Obviously, "innocent until proven guilty" does not apply here.
In any case, WHEN this ploy backfires -- not if, but WHEN -- is there anything that can be done to Earle (because he's obviously abusing the power of his position to go after Democratic Party enemies, and this appears to have been a coordinated effort with the DemonRATs)? Can he be disbarred?
