We now have an example of what liberal policies toward enemy combatants will cost the world. Liberals have fought for the rights of enemy combatants throughout the war on terror. They still seem to think that terror should be treated as a civil matter as it was under the Clinton Administration. As a result of these policies, the U.S. military said Monday that American forces detained and later released an Iraqi with the same name as one of the homicide bombers who struck three hotels in Amman, Jordan, last week,.

The Left’s never ending fight for the civil liberties of enemy combatants held across the world has a cost that can now be measured in innocent lives. As has been speculated by many in the United States, the very people whose rights they defend often end up back on the battlefield. Not only does our military have to fight them once again, but now it has cost Jordanian people their lives. . .

Can't be 100% sure it's the same guy--the name may be an alias.

I wonder if that name is the Arab equivalent of "Ben Dover" or "Heywood Jablowme."
