I'll also pray that they stay safe.
Thanks.

We should forward this to the ACLU and watch their heads explode.
Hoping our brave troops stay safe.

Not that long ago, my daughter was one of those soldiers. I am sure she would be very touched if she saw it. She is the third straight generation of my family to be awarded a Bronze Star. She was awarded the medal for actions during an IED attack and ambush on one of those convoys.
Not long after she was awarded her Bronze Star she was seriously wounded in a grenade attack in Baghdad. I pray for her continued healing and for our troops several times a day. If not for their dedication and their sacrifice the world would be much worse a place. God bless each and every one.

Reminds me of the old days in VietNam, 1968 - 1969.
God bless the Troops and America...

The blonde woman in the photo jumped out at me. At first, it was strange seeing one female in that large group of men. But after a second or two of reflection, she didn't seem out of place at all. Same uniform. Same support for our mission. Same faith in the same God.
I thank God she and other men and women like her are selflessly putting their lives on the line for all of us.

My daughter tells me of a moment after the prayers. It brought back a lot of memories. She spoke of the moment when all the soldiers get in their vehicles, start them and take a deep breath and whisper, "Here we go" or something similar to themselves.
