That's my only possible explanation for his goofy behavior.<.i> A lot of the goofy behavior on the perimeter during the rush hour(s) (when is it NOT rush hour on the perimeter?) is simply inexplicable. I just mash the gas and try to stay ahead of that ubiquitous 18 wheeler's grill that's filling my rear view mirror. And of course last but not least, pray.
