HOLYOKE, Mass. -- Haleigh Poutre's birth mother is expected to file a court motion seeking more of a say in her daughter's medical care.

Allison Avrett plans to appear in Holyoke Juvenile Court on Wednesday.

Haleigh, 12, has been hospitalized since police say her adoptive mother and stepfather severely beat her in September.

About a week after taking custody of the Westfield girl in September, the Department of Social Services sought permission to remove her from life support.

The earlier White Rose film bears the imprimatur of the National Center for Jewish Film. NCJF is easy to Google. Maybe it's because they have a good sales writer, but I like just about all of their film listings.

Their approving review of The White Rose is to be found under the works of director Michael Verhoeven. There's nothing said about the White Rose students being Christians willing to die for their beliefs; but who'd expect mention of that in a sales blurb? Here's a publicity still. What a pretty young woman Sophie Scholl was, in life and portrayed in film.

The Gestapo showed up for the 2005 Vigil to set up numerous checkpoints for the family and for crowd control. One of the gestapo said "I don't care if the President of the United States wants to get through here. Nobody's getting through."

That was a checkpoint at the street entrance where people were held back while children were being arrested for stepping on the sidewalk.

Florida is the Starvation State and was a good place for the feds to practice their tactics on innocent vigilers. I've told Congressman Dave Weldon what it's like to be Americans and have weapons pointed at us so that this woman, Terri could be murdered for all the death worshippers in death central, Pinellas County, FL.

Looking back last year, all the law enforcement and every branch was at Hospice Woodside, they were in defiance of even the President of the United States the first week.

Greer had some sweet deal going to have law enforcement under his command. How does a probate judge have control of all manner of law enforcement? Why hasn't that ever been investigated?
