Remember that crony of Bill Clinton who died in prison? If you get bad medical care or the wrong medical care, sayonara.

Or, if you were Ron Brown, sayonara.

Do people really want Hillary in the white house because then the arkancides will start up again.

I'm against any Clintons or Bushes running for president.

There are more similarities than differences betwixt the 2 clans.

The article points out what we see all the time at protest rallies. Conservatives vs liberals: who is more likely to turn vicious on the opposing side? Conservatives also clean up their trash before they leave.

Roe is a fraud. Jane McCorvey admitted that she lied throughout the proceedings. Right then and there, Roe should have been wiped off the books.

I hope the Unruhs have security cameras set up to catch the people doing it, and if LE won't prosecute them, they can sue for civil damages. As for Joshua, he will harbor negative feelings for cops for many years. Joshua's heart and soul were in the right place, but his parents shouldn't have let him do it.

Oh boy, that's telling them! I have something similar in mind for my living will, and last will and testament. I think I wouldn't be so harsh sounding, but it would have the same intent. Too bad I didn't document all the "loans" I've given. It probably adds up into the thousands, and this is from a person who doesn't have much.

I agree that this is a powerful campaign issue. Jeb obviously caught what his brother has. This issue should not be covered up, and just because Jeb is a lame duck, he still has a job to do. That job is to uphold the law, and protect the citizens he is responsible for. I hope he knows his political career is DOA, like poor Martin. Crist is a political hack without a true calling for justice.

Like I said before, I'm not up on the upcoming elections in Florida, but Gallagher should make this an issue. Plenty of folks have lost family and friends in custody, but never could prove if it was abuse. This young man's beating was taped, and bless the person who risked his/her neck getting it out to the public.

Because the state definitely has a strong affinity for killing people, even if people turn out in droves for Gallagher, he still might not win. Florida also has a reputation for corruption as well.

I remember being in France when a news flash came out, showing the many grieving widows and the rows of graves of the poor Islamists. The camera panned the makeshift cemetary and the graves, all with crosses. Oops.

The next time the clip was shown, that scene was missing.

Jeb is going to be working for Fox news? It's funny because I replied to a post above this one that any chance Jeb had of further political ambitions, was over. Maybe it's wrong, but it's just business as usual. I figured he was going to work for daddy's oil company.

Showdown. Like Waco was a showdown? The whole thing remains disgusting.

Don't let those disappear! As much as it upsets me to watch those, they are video testimony about Terri's true condition soon after Michael was awarded money but refused Terri's therapy. I would love to see criminal charges brought against him and to see their court romm testimony with cross examination. Remember that Carla's accusations were among some of those files that had been discarded by DCF or some other agancy, which was discovered at the beginning of 2005. I ache for Terri's family, and for those others who are undergoing similar circumstances but without the attention.

As far as I know, every single affidavit presented to Judge Greer in Terri's defense was deemed not credible and rejected. Just like the one below, also.

William P. Cheshire Jr. - Mayo Clinic neurologist

"To enter the room of Terri Schiavo is nothing like entering the room of a patient who is comatose or brain-dead or in some neurological sense no longer there," - Dr. Cheshire - 3/23/05

Greer, who denied a request from Bush to let the state intervene in the case to resume Schiavo's feeding and hydration, also rejected Cheshire's affidavit.

I am really sick with how much Greer had his mind made up from the first trial. The 2000 trial was just a show for him. How much evidence he would not consider just shows how closed his mind was on the issue. That Terri suffered the way she did upon his order, well, I hope that his conscience will get the better of him someday.

In vitro costs about $200 million and either doesn't work or gives you quintuplets.

The $1.98 kitchen gizmo from Wal-mart is sort of like a miniature Nascar event. About 200 million little macho boy thingies are in the race. There is only one winner. He gets to fool around with a girl thingie. The other 199,999,999 boy thingies are disappointed and kick stuff around and say "oh, darn" and knock down a few beers.

Just saw this. It's one of the better articles out there. The way they cut and paste on the other outlets have left a lot out of the original.
http://www.bradenton.com/mld/bradenton/news/breaking_news/14088728.htm

Compare it to the shortened version that my family will get to read in today's paper:

Interesting difference, huh? I hate what the media did to Terri and the Schindlers. So little of the real truth was put out there. People were so misinformed.

I was ready to puke from the bias of the long version. This WAS an AP writer, after all. Frankly, it's kind of a relief to glance at the second version and just be glad it's shorter. They both stink.

Note one small, revealing detail, though. Here is the AP headline: "New book chronicles Schiavo saga from family's perspective"

So the Schindlers are "family" now. The media were careful not to mention that a year ago. Didn't we hear all the pro-death voices say this should be a FAMILY decision and that the government should stay out of it? Of course the government was in it all along -- brought into it by lawsuits by Michael; and the government prevented Terri's family from having any say in her fate. Her in-laws killed her.

Mitch Stacy has never been one to give the Schindlers much sympathy. I'm surprised by how he portrayed Mary Schindler. One wonders what she really said, and how much he left out of any interview.

You make a good point that at long last the Schindlers are considered Terri's family. It's shameful that it has taken this long to designate them as such.

The news of the hour is the book coming out from the Schindler family. Already a new thread has appeared in Breaking News. Here is just one of the many stories out today:

The book, due out March 28, has no bombshells but reveals the private agony of family members who were determined to stop Michael Schiavo from removing the feeding tube that kept his wife, Terri Schiavo, alive for 15 years.

"I felt I was living in a parallel world, where a different language -- legalese -- spoke a set of incomprehensible rules," Mary Schindler says in "A Life That Matters: The Legacy of Terri Schiavo -- A Lesson for Us All."

Family writes on Schiavo saga

And here is the thread, thanks pickyourpoison:

New book chronicles Schiavo saga from family's perspective

I guess we are just discussing a technicality over the word 'lawsuit'. What would the correct term be in this case, Petition the Court? If lawsuit means to sue someone, who did he sue, initially?

www.judgegeorgegreer.com got The Ben Franklin Award today at the Suncoast Tiger Bay Club. He is doing standup comedy now and since the crowd was full of fellow human traffickers, they laughed every time he got to another punchline. Killing people is a hilarious, fun thing to do in Pinellas County. I couldn't believe the laughter. The death worshippers don't even hide their disrespect for human life.

Q & A: Judge Greer is lower than an idiot. Question: Why does our society treat animals better than people, i.e. The Humane Society. Greer Answer: "Because animals can't talk." Animals don't have "choice" so they are protected. That's what he said. This got uproarious laughter too. (we know that Terri had no choice, less protections than if she were an animal as described by Thug Greer.)

Gee, Judge Thug, after you ripped Terri's rehab monies off and cut off her speech therapy, she tried to talk but couldn't talk after years of neglect but she tried really hard to say "I want to live" right before the g-tube came out and the barbaric murder began. So, Terri was an animal or not an animal? Greer's thinking is so twisted and he loves having the crowd in his hand. HE thinks he's a comic. Greer couldn't have been inhumane to her if she would have been other than a human being.

Who's the animal? It's george greer and the sooner he's caged in a federal prison, the better.

The laughter was so wickedly inappropriate - no respect for human life. The death worshippers in the Suncoast Tiger Bay Club were entertained by their thug/hero/figurehead today. Greer, the twisted animal. I am lvg the GOP. I cannot stand to be in the same party as he's in. Time's up.

This was on www.baynews9.com today. Suncoast Tiger Bay Club may have a web site. Maybe we should send them some emails about their extremely poor choice for a speaker and the extreme bad taste of Greer's talk and Q & A.

He even bragged about going up to Boston, you know taking his "Death My Way is Really Funny Tour" on the road (my title).

IN CAPS, NOT SHOUTING, FOR EMPHASIS: SHOULD A MAN WHO DOES NOT RESPECT HUMAN BEINGS AT ALL BE A GUARDIANSHIP JUDGE??? He violated Judicial Canons today with his flippant speech and answers. He will get away with it because of his powerful friends. Next to Terri's murder, flippant speech a year later and picking up awards from special interest groups is nothing! There is no statute of limitations on murder. I can wait.

I think they were complaining that government got involved, mostly. Of course, the judicial branch is the 3rd branch of government that always steps on the other two branches. Sandra Day O'Connor would like to keep that way too.

The new autopsy of Martin Anderson shows he didn't die of sickle cell trait.

Nothing at all from Fla AG Crist, not a peep. He's the chief law enforcement officer. Does he really think he can stay out of this so he doesn't tick off the sheriffs who may be supporting his campaign?

Crist is stupid enough to think he can stick with the crowd who beat Martin instead of seeking justice.

Please see my above. Greer got another award for killing Terri today. He's a vile, disgusting crook. I was ckg the weather and his smirk was on my tv.

Once Greer went all the way to the dark side, he's really enjoying himself. It's awfully hot where he's going to end up.

Greer is pure evil and getting worse (is he possessed even? lol). It has nothing to do with the rule of law. Tom Delay was right all along about Greer and J. Whittemore.

Greer despises the bug man from Texas.

Delay saw Terri's murder just like we did. I don't know if Delay knew that Terri was robbed before she was murdered and that this pattern is repeated every day in this part of the world.

Greer is the 'law'. The law or laws never said that Terri had to die, only Greer who is the law said so.

Greer’s statement, “the law of the case is that she is going to die”, is part of the court record." --- Link broken
