If they aren't it's usually because Kfir and/or Alan have other jobs that don't involve monitoring the PW forums on a 24/7 basis-a job they presumably aren't paid for-therefore are not there to remedy the problem instantaneously.

Personally, I don't find being snotty amusing, but I reckon I can do it as well as you can, if that's what you want. When I get too bored with childishness, though, I'll probably move on.
