I want to give a shout out to the patriots at Truthout Thanks for working so hard for us.

It has to be rough over ther right now. I don't envy them (well, maybe a little). They've put the reputation of their fantastic site on the line in an ongoing effort to hold the Bush regime accountable. Jason's worked incredibly hard and has put his reputation on the line, as well.

I think that no matter when, or if, Rove gets indicted, patriots like Jason and the bunch at Truthout will have deepened the focus on the White House traitors, generating even more scrutiny, and ultimately, more accountability as a result of their efforts.

I've been thinking that I'd rather be standing beside them as the opposition attempts to tear them down to protect the counterfeit losers in the White House, than standing on the outside watching them fend off the scum.

So, here's my sincere thanks for all of their hard work and dedication. That stands with me, no matter the result of their latest attempt to pry the traitors hands loose from our democracy.

Suggestion to the more gullible DUers out there: Don't celebrate "Fitzmas" unless and until it actually happens. Take all "Rove is about to be indicted/Fitz has new startling evidence!" reports with a gigantic GRAIN OF SALT. Otherwise, you might as well believe in the existence of the Easter Bunny (or Santa Claus, in this case).

This whole farcical excuse about 24 "business hours" is predicated on the idea that Karl Rove needs the time during "business hours" to clean out his desk and get his work affairs in order before being arrested.

Like Karl Rove would show up at the White House on a Saturday and the guards would say "I'm sorry, you'll have to come back on Monday at 8AM."
