This part bears repeating:

All donations which have been received have been recorded, processed, and banked by a highly reputable and responsible caging company which specializes in non-profit accountability. Funds are safely and appropriately held in a secured bank account, overseen by a certified public accountant and a lawyer, disbursed by an authorized escrow agent only against approved, invoiced expenses. Some folks want to make it seem as if I personally have collected donor funds, turned them into cash, and have the money hidden under my mattress at home. For the record, I do not touch contributions at any stage, and I do not personally control MCDC bank accounts—again, objective professional fiduciary officers are accountable for all money in and money out.

It seems more than one Freeper fell for BS spewed by the legacy media.

So he has not built the advertised fence, he doesn't plan to build the advertised fence and he is now waiting for cool weather to build any fence at all. LOL Yep he is really answering his critics and proving them right. Where is the Building permit, where is the paperwork for his 5014c application and why is he now asking for 55 million bucks to build 30 dollar a foot fences?

Interesting how the FROBLs who have jumped in already to denounce Simcox's response did so within 5 minutes of the LENGTHY response being posted. That means that there is no possible way that they read the entire response but simply wanted to be the first FROBL to pile on. It proves that it does not matter what Chris Simcox would have said, no matter how much evidence he provided to counter the critics, these FROBLs don't care and would continue their attacks against Simcox and the Minuteman Project. Their agenda has been obvious in the past and is even more obvious now.

He's done more than our cumulative "Senators" have.

LOL. If you don't want comments and questions don't post threads. Why is he now pushing his construction schedule out until fall? Think of how many illegals he is letting in. BTW a quick scan of those photos shows at the most 20k worth of equipment.

Some such people contacted a local Phoenix ABC television affiliate. This hit piece, done by a local Phoenix ABC affiliate was prompted by “disclosures” offered ABC by two anti-Semites, who last April demanded that we allow them to manage Minuteman operations, including all of its funding, donations and crafting of our media message. I rejected their “offer,” and my decision has proved to be a wise one.

Oh my he threw the race card. LOL

Have you found that elusive Federal Statute yet or are you still sucking up to Morris Dees?

Barring that shouldn't you be helping Congressman Pence find a writing instrument of some kind? You know, like a computer, or a pen, or a pencil, or a quill and some ink, or a bit of charcoal and a cave wall?

But seriously Skippy, this thread is far richer for your input. Now why don't you go back and reread the part about the accounting firms. Take your time. Feel free to move your lips if you need to.

We won't mind.

This is boilerplate, written by an attorney. Simcox couldn't write something like this on a bet.

In the meantime, we have completed our actual fence blueprints, which are now in the hands of an accredited architect, and engineers, who are ensuring that the fence design meets all regulatory requirements in its construction. There are of course tremendous liability implications in this project that we are continuously addressing.

, No but he apparently has. He has a ready made excuse to continue building his sham fence because of " tremendous liability issues. Damn he may be nuts but he is really smooth.

By the way, no accredited professional financial institution or company would dare risk their livelihoods or their reputation by working for the MCDC

LOL the one he chose did and is doing it again.

I guess you havent quoted Motorola LMR's or support lately, have you.

The time you spend dogging these chapters of the MM would be better spent getting the FEDGOV to get off their collective and do something.

Like I told you Tex, there are enought leftist moonbat organizations here locally in Southern Arizona and Tucson to give these folks regular proctological examinations. They dont need supposed "conservatives" to put the gloves on for a volunteer organization.

I'm sure there are voluminous posts under your name about how the Red Cross and United Way are such charming charities and have such exemplary service through and throughout the entire organization. I dont see any appropriate criticisms of similar organizations.

This is a volunteer organization and those that give, give of time, money and materials, freely and without the expectation of money, jobs or influence in return. They get what they get.

Of course you will naysay, browbeat and pick at these guys because you personally disagree with what they are doing; just like the SPLC, Vigilante Watch, ANSWER, and ACLU do.

Nothing will satisfy you.

Smooth enough to do this:

I guess you missed that part. No suprise, there are some really big words in it.

Oh my he threw the race card.

The McCutcheon's ARE anti-semites and were kicked out of the Minuteman Project for being racist losers. First, last year, the hostile leftist media tried to smear the Minutemen for ever allowing the McCutcheon's into the Minuteman Project in the first place (they were kicked out as soon as their racism was discovered by the MMP) and demonized both the McCutcheon's and the MMP. Then, this year, suddenly the McCutcheon's are a "reliable" source for the media to use to attack the Minuteman Project. Yet you fell for it and the carefully edited hit piece put out by the hostile leftist media.

Well if he says so then it must be true after all just look at the 10 mile Israeli fence he started on Labor day. Oh wait, it is 2.2 miles of unfinished farm fence. LMAO.
