Conclusive proof that the photographs from Qana were cynically staged, as Green Helmet directs cameramen in a video from German TV (with English subtitles):
UPDATE at 8/10/06 8:18:53 am:
For more on this ghoulish manipulation of the media, see Newsbusters and Hot Air.
In the battle to control the information coming out of Lebanon, Hizballah has definitely got the media on its side. But for the first time, thanks to Adnan Hajj and his lack of Photoshop skill, the media are being held to account for acting as tools for a terrorist group.
UPDATE at 8/10/06 8:27:27 am:
This is a good time to point out APs statement about allegations the Qana photographs were stage-managed by Hizballah (hat tip: Geepers). From AP senior vice president and executive editor Kathleen Carroll:
Its hard to imagine how someone sitting in an air-conditioned office or broadcast studio many thousands of miles from the scene can decide what occurred on the ground with any degree of accuracy, said Kathleen Carroll, APs senior vice president and executive editor.
Carroll said in addition to personally speaking with photo editors, I also know from 30 years of experience in this business that you cant get competitive journalists to participate in the kind of (staging) experience that is being described.
Très bien! LGF is on a roll. Great stuff!
I have more sympathy for that young boy than his own countrymen do.
Dan RATher... call for Dan RATher!
LGF, you are the MAN!
This guy has been all over the blog sites. I'm surprised Fox News hasn't pointed him out yet. What's going on with them?
It has to be that left turn that they continue to take. I rarely watch Fox anymore.
'Green Helmet' was on FOX a couple of days ago when O'reilly had Condoleeza Rice on. He was in the clip O'rielly showed during her segment.
Self ping for later.
Can the MSM really be this dumb?
I've added some keywords. It needs to be in more topics than "Weird Stuff" but I can't get any added.
Not only dumb, but complicit as well.
They can always blame it on "the source".
It's kinda like the folks who spread rumors and then deny having anything to do with the "untruth", huh?
</I>/Italics off..Sorry
