It was a real shot from the gubernatorial debate. I just cropped it a little.

I wish I still had the original lying around -- I don't remember what the full sign said in back of her.

The coldness with which Huffington said, "So what?" to the slaughtering of Kurds in Saddam Hussein's genocidal fury speaks volumes about the heart liberals have today-- or don't have.

They hate America so much that they don't care if our friends and allies are killed off too. It is just sickening.

Apart from proving what a narrow minded and cold-hearted person she is, she also pointed out how ignorant she is about history. While Saddam's tanks were perched on the border in hopes that he could cross to further destroy the Kurds, there was no opportunity to rebuild the Kurdish region. When the Clinton Administraion considered for a time ending the no-fly zone protection, the Kurds were panicked that Saddam's tanks would attack. Fortunately, hearings in the U.S. Senate stopped it and saved the Kurds. Economic opportunity came only when Saddam's regime was crushed.

That is why the Kurds are appreciative for America's support. It is also why a recent poll showed 92% of Kurds have a favorable opinion of the United States -- a far higher per centage that Berkeley, Cambridge, Santa Monica and New Haven!

The Kurds are all class--I thank them from my heart for the message they didn't have to put together.
Huffington does not even compare to a scab on one of their butt cheeks.
People like her and Brock who embraced the lie that is the left after beginning their "careers" as conservatives are worthless. Once one begins working to fool the people of America, that one deserves to never be taken seriously again. And I don't.

"Hundreds of thousands of innocent civilian Kurds were killed by Saddam Hussein. Over 5,000 in one chemical weapons attack against the Kurdish city of Halabja. Even after the United States and Great Britain provided air protection with the "No Fly Zone," Saddam's tanks still stood pointed at our cities and our people.

The sad truth is that many liberals are racists, which is why they are so quick to accuse everyone else of racism (projection). To many liberals, Kurds are just brown skinned people whose lives are not important if it means the US extending effort to help them.

I just saw that spot on FoxNews. It is WONDERFUL! Great images of various Kurds saying "Thank you", "We appreciate you" ... one guy showing his purple finger after voting.

Here's the website: http://www.theotheriraq.com/

I take it as a good sign that they've got their chamber of commerce-type efforts going.

Arianna can jolly well take a hike.

HUFFINGTON: I think the Kurds were free before we invaded Iraq. But how have the conditions of the Kurds changed since we invaded Iraq?

TigersEye: They aren't being gassed en masse or shot from helicopters anymore.

HUFFINGTON: I think that spot is sad. It is sad to use people in the interests of promoting an agenda.

TigersEye: I agree. Using Cindy Sheehan is reprehensible.

HUFFINGTON: The Kurdistan -- the position -- the position of the Kurds has not changed one iota since we invaded Iraq. What has changed is the position of Americans, who are less safe because we invaded Iraq.

TigersEye: The Kurds have a voice in Iraq's government, they aren't being gassed and America hasn't been attacked since 9/11.

HUFFINGTON: So what? Our job is not to go there and save the Kurds. Our job to keep Americans safe.

TigersEye: I see. When you cut throught the bull the bottom line is you don't give a rat's heiny about the Kurds. You were just using them to promote your agenda!?! Sad.

I saw Ariana on O'Reilly and she is pathetic. Unlike a lot of libs she actually believes what she's saying. Her reasoning wouldn't even be impressive for a fourteen yr. old.

Yes....I've seen that commercial several times....it always brings tears to my eyes.

As for Ms. Airhead Huffyton.....I shut O'Reilly off as soon as I saw her. Her voice reminds me of chalk scratching on a blackboard.

This woman is the most deceitful, despicable phony in politics. Why would anyone EVER listen to anything she has to say? I'm mystified as to why they continue to book her on any news show. Is it because she is such a LOON????

Arianna says a lot of things. Some of them even have a nodding acquaintance with the real world. Not these statements but some of what she says does (I assume)

Arianna Huffington wouldn't know historical fact or context if it raised up and bit her on the nose. That, in addition to being a DNC shill.
