Agreed. "The Final Cut" is excruciating, particularly having to endure Roger's vocals which sound as if someone has punched him in the stomach before each song.
If you look at the album cover, you'll see that it really is a Roger Water's solo album as he claims it's "performed by the Pink Floyd". Waters is making it clear that the others are just hired help.
And Richard Wright wasn't even on TFC, as he was fired during The Wall. Glad Gilmour brought him back.
