I would guess (and apologies if I'm wrong) that Fissel is the man who is behind these websites and actively participates in the campaign. I would guess that Walters is somehow connected to the GamingGuru.com website.
I don't know of any FReepers who have played into the system, so I doubt you will get any help here. Try contacting Rove.

Notice they own the domain ContractWithOhio.com. Go there and you'll see Ted Strickland and just about every other major Democratic candidate has signed the contract.
I did a MHT save on the Ackerman website event calendar, but it would be real hard for Jean to erase Fissel's involvement because he is her campaign manager.
From her site, it looks like this lady lost in the primary by 68 votes. Could it be a bitter campaign manager???
If GamingGuru.com is allocating server space to a website that is openly advocating and strategically planning voter fraud, I believe a lawsuit on their front door would do some good...but I'm not a lawyer.
