Ted Kennedy and John McCain joined President Bush today in the Rose Garden for the signing of the new Anti-Lock Bill. "Finally," said Sen. McCain, "we can put to rest the notion that we discriminate against anyone in their right to freely assemble anyplace they wish. Fortunately, seeing this as the state's rights issue that it is, we decided to require the states to see it our way."
"I'm delighted for the bag people," President Bush added. "They have too long had their contributions overlooked in our society. They are decent, hard-working people doing litter patrol jobs that no one else in our society will consider. Shouldn't they share in the American dream, too. And who would round up all the criminals and indigents, anyway. I hear there are more than 12 million of them. If they have a place to sleep tonight, and warm bodies to share, maybe they won't be so angry and weird."
"I'm sure this isn't....ahh....in...wind park. Some won't I've thought, but where do buy ...ahhh...bridges. Interestingly, we ....who did that when they should." intoned Sen Kennedy.
The National Committee for the Indigent encourages everyone to get used to the idea of surprise house guests.
"This is exciting. An adventure."
"Who could cross the border of your threshhold tonight? The anticipation is killing me. I can't wait."

It's about 5 years too soon for it to be reality.

LOL!
You better send that south of the border (north?) right away. It’ll definitely catch on.

I’ve been pretty convinced for a couple years now, that senators, in particular, are among the world’s stupiest species.
They defecate, consume, respond to monetary stimuli, and do all this without any brain activity at all.

This reminds me of the law in post-WWI Hungary, which was briefly a Communist state between the wars. The Marxists passed a law that private bathrooms could be used by anyone who demanded it. This and other collectivist measures led to the overthrowal of the Marxists after 3 mos. Maybe the people of this country will grow a pair and do like the Hungarian people and throw out the current crop of Marxists and collectivists.

What’s sad is that once Bush’s amnesty is done, it wouldn’t surprise me if something like this would be next.
Is it too much to ask of the dems for them to do us all a favor and move forward with impeachment?? I can’t imagine Cheney selling out his country to Mexico. I think he would be a far better president at the moment!

I agree. But, isn't it possible to be apathetic and stupid at the same time?

They’re just common, ordinary, unresponsive, elitest senators.
Perhaps we expect too much of them. /s
