If only they had faded to black at the end, then we could debate if the jogger murdered him.

You conservatives are just too dumb to get the hidden meaning. The rock represents George Bush and the lake represents New Orleans.

No, the lake represents the Presidency, and the rock represents what affect his candidacy will have on it.

since it has already inspired a PARODY AD from another candidate.

Was that from another candidate, or a takeoff on Gravel's add against another candidate? I got the second impression based on the written overlay at the end.

Anyway, the lake area was a lot prettier than that in Gravel's video.

Gravel is telling us to sit quietly for a period ....of six or seven minutes and listen to nature, listen to the gifts and the blessings we have. Move ourselves away from the chaos, distractions and the insanity for a while. There the answers will come and we will then know the right things we must do.

The answer's obvious. We must "GROVEL FOR GRAVEL". Hey, that'd make a fine bumper sticker.

is Mike Gravel on acid?

No, he drinks only rain water or grain alcohol.

is Mike Gravel on acid?

Close, but not that strong. Ask yourself why he referred to himself as "the potted plant."

Did you see the video of him at Columbia? He arrives in a taxi, and HE’s the one driving it! I believe he was a cabby at one time. Seems to me he should stay behind the wheel.

what's with that video of his - where he stares into the camera for about 2 minutes. . . .

Poor attempt at mass mind control. He should learn from the master:

then goes and throws a rock into a lake. . . .

Choose the best answer:

a. Rock > Gravel
b. A rock > Iraq
c. Mike would like to rock Ricki Lake's world.
d. The man is just plain nuts.

One guess, and it's not, "or what."

Seriously, Gravel lost most of us up in AK when he came out for putting a dome over the state.

If we can put our DUmmie Ant Farm in a glass case, we can put a dome over Alaska.

Upon further consideration, the rock represents Donald Rumsfeld and the lake represents stem-cell research.

Is this like the Hopi Indian Prayer or something?

Hmmm, I’d come to another conclusion myself. The rock represents Sylvester Stallone, and the lake his most recent film.

8 minutes of watching a campfire............is he trying to get an endorsement from Smokey the Bear?

He's trying to warm up Alaska.
