They haven't done a thing but complain since they have been in power and just now it's realized. LOL! LOL! And a litany of complaints is not an agenda. They can't get anything done by complaining. Love it!!

Oh, yeah, this is going to provide DUFU material for a while. Just when I think that Bush is caving, he goes and pulls something like this. Keep pissing us off, sir. Keeps us on our toes.

CAn we impeach the chimp yet? Nope, sorry. One cannot *impeach* the Chimp--correction, Our Glorious Emperor, Chimpus Khan--one can only hope to slow him down.

I am so angry right now.... Call Dr. Buddy Rydell of Anger Management at 1-800-BUSH-WON, extension AGAIN.

One can almost see the spittle flying from their mouths as they shriek in impotent rage. I like it.
How clueless are these people? The president is perfectly within his rights to commute sentences if he chooses. Where’s the impeachable offense?
Oh, wait... only democrats can do that. My bad.

And what a weasel Bush is. A full pardon is going to hurt him politically any more than the commutation, and its the right thing to do. Scooter didnt deserve what happened to him. It's a good move. This way Libby can pursue his appeals and get his name cleared. With a pardon, he'd always be guilty. Give it time.

Yes, Libby's sentence has been commuted. the part about the fines stay in place. Scooter Libby is just $10 away from paying off his fine. Won't you help? Call now! Operators are standing by. That number again: 1-800 BUSH-WON

Speaking of, I wonder what would happen is Bush DID issue a pardon for Bill Clinton, maybe Hillary too. It might or might not be of any real effect, but can you imagine the headlines? I would be ROLLING.

Libby's not going to jail, he was not pardoned, but Bush commuted the sentence to nothing. The prison sentence is gone, but the $250,000 fine, the 2-year probation, and the felony conviction still stand, DUmmie. He also loses his law license. Still a pretty stiff sentence for someone who (IMHO) didn't even commit perjury in the first place, and he definitely didn't leak the identity of the non-covert "secret" agent Plame. Armitage did.
