The head of American Life League's "Stop Planned Parenthood" division says many abortion facilities aren't inspected as often as the law calls for. Jim Sedlak says this shows that the elected officials who claim to support women's rights have no concern for women's rights, not to mention the rights of unborn children.
State health officials in New Jersey are supposed to inspect abortion facilities every two years. But last week it was revealed that one abortion clinic in Atlantic City had not been inspected in six years. The problems at that facility were so profound, state officials closed it.
Jim Sedlak is director of Stop Planned Parenthood with the American Life League. He says the New Jersey case is typical of many states, where even routine inspections are not conducted as required by law. Sedlak says this proves that public officials do not care about women or their unborn children -- and instead are "advocates" for an abortion industry generating billions of dollars of income.
And even if they were policing the facilities, says Sedlak, "[as] people who are protecting 'women's rights,' they should be in there making sure that the women are not getting harmed by the very procedures and the very conditions under which they undergo these horrible procedures."
Sedlak's preference, he explains, is that the facilities would not exist at all because they are used to kill babies in the womb.
Our country’s largest unregulated industry.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, pro-aborts don’t care about women. They care about killing babies and $$$. Women deserve better than abortion. True feminists would recognize and respect for the ability of women to give birth to children. They wouldn’t treat pregnancy as a flaw or disease that women have that needs to be prevented or destroyed so that women can have more sex like men. They would treat it as a wonderful gift to women that needs to be treasured.
